Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • Streusel topping:
  • 1 1/2 cup bisquick
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. firm margaine

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven 350* Grease square pan.
Mix ingrediants and beat for 1 minute. Spread in pan. Mix together ingrediants for streusel topping & sprinkle on top.

Bake for 35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
