  • 14 lb. turkey
  • 2 lbs. raw Italian Pork Sausage
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cups celery
  • 2 cans or 1 large can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 boxes dry seasoned dressing mix
  • 4 cans chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Cook turkey the day before and remove all the meat and shred it.

Chop the onion and celery. Add all the ingredients in a large pan and mix very well with your hands.

Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350. It took 2 1/2 hours in the oven when cooked with cold turkey. When cooked in the Nesco, it took a less time.
