Peanut Brittle

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup white karo syrup
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/4 cup warm water
• 2 teaspoons soda

Preparation

Step 1

Let karo, sugar and water come to good boil. Add peanuts and cook until peanuts start to pop. Add soda and pour into buttered plates to cool. Lift with knife as cooling.
