Ingredients
- 1 pkg. of ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cans of tomato sauce
- 1 sm. can of chopped mushrooms
- 2 chicken bouilion cubes
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 can tomato paste
- salt to taste, pepper, garlic powder generous parsley flakes
- med. pinch of Italian seasoning
- dash of Oregano
- sm. pinch of sweet Basil
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer all ingredients slowly for 2 to 4 hours.
Use for spaghetti, lasagna and Spanish Rice. For Spanish Rice omit one can of tomato sauce and add 2 cups of cooked rice.
