Ruby Red Current Glaze (Ham)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Currant Jelly
  • 1 Tbs. Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp. Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • Dash of Cloves

Preparation

Step 1

Melt jelly over hear, stirring until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Use as a glaze for ham or roast lamb. Makes 3/4 cup. Brush ham occassionally during last 30 minutes of cooking and just before serving
