Salmon- Honey-ginger

  • 1/4 c orange juice
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 T ground ginger
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 pound salmon filets



Step 1

Mix OJ, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic powder and green onion in a small bowl. Reserve 2 T. Place salmon in a large baggie. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 min. Remove salmon. Discard marinade. Grill over med hi heat 6-7 min per side until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occ with reserved marinade
