Ingredients
- 1 Medium head of Cauliflower, cut up into florettes
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 cup Cornflour
- 2 Tbs Gluten-free All-purpose flour
- 3 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp Red chilly powder
- 1 pinch curry powder
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400 and prepare a baking sheet with oil.
2. Half boil cauliflower for 3 mins. with the 1/2 tsp of curry powder.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients with a little water, in a large bowl, to form a thick batter.
4. Mix the cauliflower in with the batter and let it marinate for 15-30 mins.
5. Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake it for 15-20 mins., turning over halfway through, until crispy and golden.
Note: They can burn easily, keep a close eye on them as they bake.
