Coffee Cake/ Yellow cake mix

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• cinnamon to taste
• 1 cup or more pecan pieces
• 1 yellow cake mix
• brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in the bottom of a cake pan. Add brown sugar & cinnamon & stir well. If too runny add more brown sugar. If too dry add more butter. Add pecan pieces. Press in. Let stand overnight or until firm.

Prepare yellow cake mix & add cinnamon. Spread over topping and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Bake at 350* until done. Immediately invert. Cut while still warm.
