Ingredients
- sift together
- 1 1/2 cup sifted flour,
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Stir in only until blended.
- 3/4 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Drop by spoonfuls onto soup top, not right down into the liquid.
2. Cook 10 min uncovered. Then, another 10 min. tightly covered. No peaking.
3. Remove dumplings and keep them hot.
Makes six medium dumplings.
