Ingredients
- 2/3 cup tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- dash freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons water
- dash hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion sliced into rings
- 1 pound assorted mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Combine fist nine ingredients. Add mushrooms and onions. Cover and refrigerate 24-48 hours, stirring several times. Drain and serve.
