Ingredients
- 1 roast
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 4 gloves garlic minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. paste
- 1 tbsp. Dijon, honey & Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/3 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
1. sprinkle beef with salt and pepper
2. In slowcooker, combine onion & garlic.
3. Whisk together broth, vinegar, paste, mustard & honey, Worcestershire sauce & rosemary
4. Pour over beef
5. Cook on low for 8 hours
