Ingredients
- 8 oz. Medium pasta shells, uncooked
- PAM no-stick cooking spray
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 can Hunts Diced Tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can Hunts Tomato Sauce (15oz.)
- 1-1/2 cups shredded Italian Blend cheese, divided

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Meanwhile, spray 8 x 8" baking dish with cooking spray, set aside. Spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken, sprinkle with garlic powder. Cook 2-3 minutes; add pepper. Cook until pepper is tender and chicken is no longer pink in center. Stir in undrained tomatoes; tomato sauce, 3/4 cup cheese and cooked pasta. Transfer mixture to prepared dish. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly.
