  • 2

    cups boiling water

  • 1

    cup cold water

  • 1

    cup pecans or walnuts, chopped

  • 1

    package (10 oz) frozen raspberries

  • 1

    can (20 oz) crushed pineapple

  • 3

    large bananas, diced

Directions

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add slightly thawed berries. Stir to break up berries, then add water, undrained pineapple, bananas and nuts. Pour into 6 cup mold or 9 by 13 inch pan. Chill until set. Each serving contains 198 calories, 7 grams fat, 35 grams carbohydrates, 1 mg sodium, 0 mg cholestrol.
