Ingredients
- 2 medium heads cauliflower, washed and cut into 1 1/2-inch florets
- 1/3 Cup olive oil
- 2-3 tsp. SALSA & PICO SEASONING
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°. Spread the cauliflower out on an 11x17 pan. Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower and then sprinkle with SALSA & PICO SEASONING. Toss/stir to get everything coated with oil and spices. Roast for 15 minutes and then turn and cook another 10-15 minutes, until the cauliflower is browned at the edges and as soft as you like it.
