Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) can salmon
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 3 tablespoons snipped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Drain and flake salmon. Remove skin and bones. Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Mix and chill several hours (overnight is better). Combine pecans and parsley. Roll refrigerated ball in mixture and chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
