Ingredients

  • 5

    Tablespoons honey

  • 1/3

    cup soy sauce

  • 1/4

    cup Asian sesame oil

  • 3

    tablespoons Asian chili garlic sauce

  • 3

    tablespoons minced garlic

  • Salt to taste

  • 8

    skinless boneless chicken thighs

  • 1

    Tbsp green onion

Directions

Whisk all ingredients except green onion in a bowl until smooth. Pour half the marinade into a zip lock bag with chicken thighs. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat up the rest of marinade with 1 tbsp corn starch or flour. Whisk on med high heat until it thickens. Remove chicken from bag and discard used marinade. Place chicken thighs into a 9 by 13 baking dish, and brush with some of the thickened marinade. Bake for 30 minutes in 425 degree oven. Service with rice and rest of marinade! Add green onion on top of chicken.
