Old Fashioned BAKED APPLES

Ingredients

• 4 large cooking apples
• 1 TB brown sugar
• 1 TB of butter
• 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
• 1 cup marshmallow creme
• 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Core apples and remove about 1/2 inch of peel around the cavity area. Place apples close together in a greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Into each of the cavity areas of the apples place brown sugar, butter, cinnamon.

Bake uncovered at 400F about 30 to 35 mins or till tests tender with fork. Combine marshmallow creme and sour cream to a smooth sauce & spoon over top of each warm baked apple, serving promptly to serve 4.
