  • Basic Smoothie Recipe:
  • 2 frozen bananas, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup fresh berries, such as strawberries or raspberries.
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • Blend in blender.
  • Variations:
  • 2 frozen bananas, 1 c strawberries 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 frozen bananas, 1 c straberries 2 c orange juice
