Ingredients
- 12 oz. pkg. frozen (steam-able) broccoli, steamed according to pkg. directions and drained well
- 3 C. cooked and shredded chicken
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 C. butter, melted
- 1/2 C. small curd cottage cheese
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 8.5 oz. box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Put the steamed broccoli in a mixing bowl, cut up any large pieces.
Stir in the chicken and next 9 ingredients along with half of the cheese.
Once well combined, pour into a 2 quart baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
