Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken or muschroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk OR dry white wine
- Pepperidge farm stuffing mix or bread crumbs
- 1/2 stick melted margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Spray pan with Pam. Place chicken with swiss cheese on top.
Mix soup with milk OR wine. Pour over chicken.
Top with dressing crumbs. Drizzle margarine on top.
Bake 300 for 2 hours
Serve with Rice
