Horseradish Butter

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place the butter in a small bowl.
2. Add the horseradish and salt and mash with a wooden spoon to combine.
3. Chill the butter until needed, but allow it to come to room temperature before spreading.
