Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C oats
- 1/2 C chocolate whey powder
- 1 t cinnamon
- 2 T PB
- 3 egg whites
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 T honey
- 4 T nonfat dry milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Coat 8x8 pan
2. Mix oats, protein and cinnamon. Add PB and stir. Add egg whites, bananas, honey and milk.
Bake 350F for 15 minutes
