Chocolate PB Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 C oats
  • 1/2 C chocolate whey powder
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 2 T PB
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 T honey
  • 4 T nonfat dry milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Coat 8x8 pan

2. Mix oats, protein and cinnamon. Add PB and stir. Add egg whites, bananas, honey and milk.

Bake 350F for 15 minutes
