Never Fail Pie Crusts

Ingredients

  • 5 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cup shortening
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp vinegar
  • 2/3 cup cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour and shortening together in large bowl.
Mix egg, sugar and vinegar together in measuring cup.
Add 2/3 cup cold water to egg mixture.
Add water and egg mixture to flour and shortening.
Form into 6 balls.
Roll into pie crusts.
