Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting
Great on Chocolate Cake.
- 1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth; set aside. In a large bowl, beat cream at high speed with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until needed.
