Lilian's Papriki Kash

Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken beef or veal
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 H2O

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat. Remove. Saute onion, green pepper, paprika; ~ add meat. Add 1/4 cup of H2O. Keep adding it as it cooks. About 3/4 depending on meat.
Just before serving mix 1/2 cup of sour cream and smooth it with flour.
Add to mixture and blend well. Do not boil!

Serve over rice.
