Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp ground all spice
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp any mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together + rub all over roast (4 1/2 lb)
Cook 6 hours at 200 (last 2 1/2 hr at 175) uncover pot for last 2 1/2 . This will provide gravy.
