Chicken Paprikish

Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken cutup browned
  • 1/4 cup H2O
  • 1 tbsp papila
  • slightly saute 2 large onions
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp flour

Preparation

Step 1

Put on low heat. Add meat; add 1/4 H2O. Keep adding as it cookes about 3/4 - 1 1/4 hour depending on meat. Just before serving (mix till smooth)

add the later ingredients to the mixture and server over rice.
