Ingredients
- 1/4 C Dijon mustard
- 1/4 C fresh lemon juice
- 1 C butter, melted
- 6 Tbl chives, chopped
- 36 shrimp, butterflied
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler. Place mustard in bowl, whisk in lemon juice, then melted butter. Add chopped chives and season with pepper.
Arrange shrimp, cut side up on broiler pan. Brush with some of the butter and broil until just cooked through, about 4 minutes.
Garnish with whole chives and remaining butter.
