Ingredients
- 4-6 oz chicken breasts
- 1/2 C flour
- 6 Tbl butter
- 1/3 C dry white wine
- 3 Tbl fresh lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Capers
Preparation
Step 1
Coat chicken on each side with flour. Melt butter in large skillet. Add chicken, cook over medium heat, turning to brown both sides. Add wine and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, add capers and cover. Simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
