Banana Split Cake

  • 3 cups vanilla wafer (1 box)
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 carton Cool Whip
  • Chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

In 9x13 pan, spread crushed vanilla wafers that have been mixed with 1 stick of melted butter.
Beat with mixer for 5 minutes: 2 cups sugar, 1 stick butter and eggs. Spread over wafers. Slice bananas over mixture. Mix drained pineapple into the Cool Whip and spread over bananas. Sprinkle with nuts. Cool overnight.
