Ingredients
- 3 cans shoepeg corn, drained
- 2 T. flour
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 t. baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- salt to taste

Step 1
Grease a 2 quart casserole. Beat everything together, except corn. Add corn, and bake at 350 for one hour, uncovered.
