    cans shoepeg corn, drained

  • 2

    T. flour

  • 6

    large eggs

  • 1/2

    c. sugar

  • 1

    stick butter, melted

  • 2

    t. baking powder

  • 2 1/2

    cups whole milk

  • salt to taste

Directions

Grease a 2 quart casserole. Beat everything together, except corn. Add corn, and bake at 350 for one hour, uncovered.
