Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh mango and/or papaya
  • 1/4 cup chopped red sweet pepper
  • 3 sliced green onions
  • 2 Tbls olive oil
  • 1 Tbls minced shallot
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl combine mango and/or papaya, red sweet pepper, green onions, olive oil, minced shallot. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
