Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2 chopped bananas
- 2 cups chopped nuts, divided
- 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 1 lb pkgs powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanila

Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl; add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. DO NOT BEAT. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, bananas and 1 cup nuts. Spoon batter into 3 well greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until well done. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove and cool completely. Frost and sprinkle with nuts.
Frosting:
Combine cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and then vanilla.
