Chicken Crunch

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/16 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 lbs chicken parts
  • 2 tbsp. margarine, melted

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix first 5 ingredients in small bowl. Dip chicken in yogurt to coat, then in crumb mixture.

2. Arrange chicken on greased, or greased and foil lined, baking pan. Drizzle with butter.

3. Bake at 400F for 1 to 1-1/4 hours until tender.
