Ingredients
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 3 lbs. chicken parts, skin removed
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1-2/3 cups water
- 1-1/2 oz. pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put rice in 3 quart casserole. Lay chicken parts over top.
2. In medium bowl mix remaining 4 ingredients until mixed. Pour over chicken.
3. Bake, covered, in 325F oven for 1-1/2 to 2 hours until rice and chicken are cooked.
