Ingredients
- 4 oz. butter, room temperature
- 1-1/2 cups icing sugar
- 2 tbsp. milk, room temperature
Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat butter until as white as possible. Gradually add 1/2 of the icing sugar, beating constantly. Add milk gradually. Beat in rest of icing sugar gradually.
For Chocolate Vienna Cream:
Add 2 tbsp. cocoa to icing sugar.
