Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked small boneless ham (900 gm)
- 1/2 cup peach jam or apricot jam
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Place ham in greased 6 cup casserole dish; cover lightly with foil. Roast in 350 oven for 30 min. While has is roasting, in small bowl, stir together, mustard, vinegar,
thyme and ginger. Can be made ahead. Uncover ham, pour jam mixture over top. Cover and roast basing ever 10 minutes until thermometer reads 140 F. about 40 min. removing foil
the last 10 min. of cooking.
