Carrot Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 small garlic clove (minced)
  • 5 cups H2O
  • 1/4 long grain rice
  • 2 tbsp chicken boulion mix
  • Salt and paisley flakes
  • 2 1/2 cup peeled carrots

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butler saute onion; cook till tender. Add H2O, carrots, rice, bouillon mix, bring to boil cover and simmer 20-25 min (longer brown rice used)
Spoon parts at a time into a blender and blend until smooth. add salt and paisley.
