Ingredients
- 1 - 16 ounce package uncooked pasta
- 1 pound pork sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1/2 cup olive oil, divided
- 4 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp onion flakes
- 1 small zucchini, chopped
- 1 small yellow squash, chopped
- 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until evenly brown; set aside.
Heat ¼ cup oil in skillet. Saute garlic until tender. Add in zucchini, squash, tomatoes, bell pepper, basil, and onion flakes. Dissolve bouillon in the mixture. Season with red pepper. Stir in remaining oil. Continue cooking 10 minutes.
Add pasta, sausage and cheese into skillet and continue cooking 5 minutes, or until heated through. Serve warm
