Fettuccine AllRomana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Fettuccine or Egg Noodles
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 3 aged garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cups thin strips cooked ham
  • 1/2 cups green peas
  • 1/2 whipping cream
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

Preparation

Step 1

Cook noodles aladente. In large heavy saucepan. Then melt butter in the pan. Add garlic and then cook for 2-3 minutes.

Just before serving stir in ham peas till hot (1-2 minutes). Stir cream then noodles. Add egg and cheese. Toss gently
