Pork Chop Dinner with Apples & Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 4 small apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tea. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tea. nutmeg
  • 1 6 oz. pkg. stuffing mix
  • 4 pork chops, boneless

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place apple slices in a bowl and sprinkler with lemon juice, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions and spread evenly in a 9x13 baking dish.

Place pork chops on top of stuffing and cover each with apple mixture.

Cover pan with foil and bake for 1 hour.
