Red Potatoes - Honey Mustard Potatoes

  • 8 med. red potatoes (about 2#), cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup honey-mustard vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tea. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain.

In a large serving bowl, combine the warm potatoes, salad dressing, onions and salt. Toss gently.

Serve warm or cold.
