Ingredients
- 2 cups diced ham
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup sliced green pepper
- 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter over low heat. Add onion and green pepper and brown lightly. Add drained mushrooms. Stir in soup, milk, sour cream and worchestershire sauce. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add diced ham and cook over low heat for an aditional 10 minutes. Serve over noodles.
Makes 5 servings.
