Tamale Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef or turkey
• 1 small onion diced
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 small can diced olives
• 5 oz corn
• 1 9oz jar Picante sauce
• 1 pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown meat in skillet.

2. Mix all the other ingredients together except muffin mix and put into casserole dish.

3. Prepare muffin mix as directed and spread on top of mix.

4. Bake at 400-425 degrees until heated through and muffin mix brown and cooked through.
