- 4 HARD BOILED EGGS
- 1 SMALL RED ONION CHOPPED
- 1 CUP PECANS FINELY CHOPPED
- 1 CUP CELERY CHOPPED
- 2 tsp. TARRAGON
- 1 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 1 APPLE CHOPPED OPTIONAL
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
