Rum Cake

Ingredients

  • Glaze:
  • 1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 pkg. Instant french vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup water or orange juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the ingredients until smooth; except pecans. Put 1/2 cup pecans in bottom of greased bundt pan.
Then add batter.
Bake 50-55 mins. at 350' degree oven.

Boil ingredients for the glaze for 1 minute; remove from heat.
pour 1-2oz. orange juice over cake while still hot; before you pour the glaze over the cake while still in the pan.
Let cool for about 10 minutes before turning cake over on cake plate.
