Ingredients
- Chocolate:
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pie:
- 2 small pkgs french vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3 c. milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 box graham crackers
Preparation
Step 1
For the chocolate, mix together the cocoa, sugar, butter and milk. Boil for 1 minute making sure sugar dissolves. Set aside and stir in vanilla.
For the pie, mix together pudding, milk and Cool Whip.
Layer a 9x13 pan with graham crackers. Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture, another layer of graham crackers, remaining pudding and final layer of graham crackers. Pour chocolate on top and refrigerate overnight. Refrigerate leftovers.
