Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground meat
  • 1-1/4 tsp ground Ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 C soy sauce
  • 1/2 C water
  • 1/2 C sherry
  • Rondele Garlic and Herb Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

Combine first five ingredients and mix well. make small balls, placing cheese in center.

Bake at 275 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn oven off and let cool.

Before serving, saute in Sherry.
