Ingredients
- 1 pint (2 cups) vanilla dairy-free ice cream (I use So Delicious Very Vanilla Cashew Milk Frozen Dessert)
- 1 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk beverage (I use So Delicious Unsweetened Almond or Cashew Milk Beverage)
- 1/4 cup creamy salted peanut butter
- 6 chocolate sandwich cookies (optionally gluten free)

Instructions
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until relatively smooth, or you can leave some cookie chunks if you wish.
Divide the shake mixture between three glasses.
